16
Q

Task contraints

A

those specified by the task to be performed

rules of the game, equiptment used and speed and accuracy required

(how can a game be manipulated to alloe people to perform skills better?) - another way of thinking about is

eg:
rules of game
intrstructions
eqiuptment

bigger ball
lowering basketball ring
smaller fields

17
Q

environmental contraints

A

those that are external to the individual

eg:
- weather
- sociocultural (funding, access to facilities, equiptment ect)
- accessibility

18
Q

Link between motor skill development, participation and performance and enabler and barrier

A

developing mtor skills will enable participation and participation will allow greater skill development of skills and hence a greater performance

enabler:
- parents driving
- close distance to parks, biking tracks etc

Barrier:
- friends are not participating influencing an individual not to participate
-
