guidelines for bathing
provide privacy, maintain safety, maintain warmth, promote independence and anticipate needs
foot and nail care guidelines
careful inspection, lukewarm water temperature, no soaking for patients with diabetes, cutting off nails if indicated, application of lotions and proper socks and shoes.
