TL Apa jenis bilik yang tuan hendak? Kami ada bilik standard katil kembar, bilik superior katil kembar dan bilik superior dengan dua katil bujang.
TL What type of room do you want? We have standard twin-bed rooms, superior twin-bed rooms, and superior rooms with two single beds.
ADF Saya perlukan satu bilik standard dengan katil kembar dan satu bilik superior dengan dua katil bujang.

TL Untuk empat orang tetamu, Tuan?

ADF Yes. May I know what facilities are available in this hotel?
TL Sudah tentu. Semua bilik di hotel ini berhawa dingin dan ada televisyen, peti sejuk dan juga akses Wi-Fi percuma. Hotel kami juga ada gimnasium terletak di aras bawah.
TL Of course. All rooms in this hotel are air-conditioned and have a TV, fridge, and free Wi-Fi access. Our hotel also has a gym located on the ground floor.
ADF Ada kolam renang?

TL Ya, kami ada kolam renang di aras bawah bersebelahan gimnasium. Kami juga ada bar atas bumbung yang buka dari jam enam petang hingga dua pagi.

TL Waktu daftar keluar sebelum pukul 11.00 pagi. Boleh saya tengok pasport tuan?
TL Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. May I see your passport?
ADF Ini pasport saya. Puan ada perkhidmatan dobi di sini?
ADF Here is my passport. Do you have a laundry service here?
TL Ya, kami ada. Sila letakkan pakaian kotor di dalam beg dobi yang disediakan di dalam bilik dan tinggalkan di sebelah pintu.
TL Yes, we do. Please place your dirty clothes in the laundry bag provided in the room and leave it by the door.

TL Kalau pakaian kotor tuan tersedia sebelum jam 10.00 pagi, pakaian tuan boleh dicuci dan dipulangkan ke bilik tuan pada sebelah petang hari yang sama.
TL If your dirty clothes are ready before 10:00 AM, they will be washed and returned to your room in the afternoon on the same day.
