What happens in stage 2 of mitosis?
A
Chromosomes appear shorter and wider. The chromosomes then line up along the centre of the cell. Next, the chromosomes line up along the centre of the cell. After, chromosomes move to opposite poles of the cell. Finally, membranes form around the chromosomes.
