A
The white blood cells engulf pathoens and release enzymes which destory them.

Counteract the toxins released by the pathogens.

What does the production of antibodies do?
A
Each pathogen has its own antigen which cause a different type of antibody to be produced. Antibodies are produced by white blood cells which destory these.
