Crew involved in any occurrence which is likely to adversely affect operational performance
Incidents for stand down
- Accident
- Full or prepared emergency
- Precautionary landing/inflight engine shutdown
- Hi speed rejected take off
- Well-being of crew member
- Failure to follow company policy
- Suspected alcohol or drugs
- Crew member involved in occurrence on duty or overseas

Fasten Seatbelt Sign’s come on

All monitor backlights off
Disables pax AC seat power
Delivers decompression PRAM to cabin speakers and pax headphones
Disables all entertainment functions, except PA override, PRAM and passenger service system.
Disables an alert message on the crew terminals

How long does the O2 last in a decompression and what type is it
Emergency Decent from 41,000’ to 14,000’
80 min cruise at 14,000’
Decent to 10,000’
Pulse on demand
When handing over door responsibilities use the phrase
(Person’s name) the door is now yours
Security check - toilet
Start at top - smoke alarm not covered
Then all other cupboards and in toilet bowl
Pushing the guarded EVAC COMMAND Switch will
- Evac horn sounds
- Switch Indicator illuminates
- EVAC light flashes at all ASP locations
- Inhibits EVAC COMMAND switches at all other ASP location’s
Re-selecting the EVAC COMMAND at the ASP where it was initiated cancels the alarm
Only EVAC COMMAND switch illuminated is the one that initiated
