Where can you find calcium?
Milk and other dairy products. Also broccoli and green leafy vegetables, soy foods and foods fortified with calcium.
What does Iron do?
Iron helps red blood cells carry oxygen to all parts of the body. Symptoms of iron deficiency includes weakness and fatigue, lightheadedness, and shortness of breath.
Where is iron found?
Bradley, pork, fish and shellfish, poultry, lentils, beans and soyfoods, green leafy vegetables, and raisins. Some flours, cereals, and green products also fortified with iron.
What is calcium used for?
Vital for building strong bones and teeth. The time to build strong bones is during childhood and the teen years, to fight against bone loss later in life. Week bones are susceptible to osteoporosis causing bones to break easily.
Are minerals organic or inorganic?
Inorganic
