The process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.
What is meant by “Commander’s Intent”?
A clear, concise statement of what the unit/Soldier must do and the conditions the unit/Soldier must meet to succeed with respect to the enemy, terrain, and desired end state.
What is Discipline?
Discipline is the attitude of an individual or group that ensures prompt obedience of Orders or initiation of appropriate action in the absence of Orders.
What are the five steps to problem solving?
- Recognize and define the problem.
- Gather facts and make assumptions.
- Develop possible solutions.
- Analyze and compare the possible solutions.
- Select the best solution.
