Q

wekaness of milgrams study

A

lakcs population vaility
milgram used a biased ssample of male american volunteers fro a broadly individualist society
therefore, unable to genralise to other populations, particlaury collectivist cultures or to explain behaviour of femals, hard to know wther femalses would responsd in similar way

1/nurses should not take instructions over a phone
2. instrcutions from unknown doctor
3. dosage of drug was twicd as much as advised on bottle

21 out of 22 nurses did as requested
strength because research demonstrates that obedience to authoirty figures does occur in real life settings
