Amebic Dysentery (by Entamoeba histolytic)- causes dysentery

Giardiasis (by Giardia lambia)- causes dysentary and in massive inf can inflame duodenal mucosa

Trichomoniasis vaginalis- in females, causes inflammation of the mucosal tissue of the vag, vulva and cervix

Plasmodium falciparum- in blood they go to liver forming cysts and invade RBCs causing them to explode and cause sudden fever

A

Toxoplasmosis- can be rapid or slow growing and they attack muscle and brain tissue causing necrosis
