Nutrients required in small quantities to give out a range of physiological functions.
Include: iron, cobalt, iodine etc.

Needed for chemical reactions and help our bones, skin and teeth grow.

Needed for growth and found in eggs and vegetables.

For strong bones, e.g calcium found in milk and eggs.
