(Bang Bang was introduced as a special and guests loved it so much it made it to the menu! )
Crab Cakes Appetizer
Two thick broiled Maryland Crab Cakes filled with lump blue crab meat and a diced onion purée, dusted with Panko bread crumbs and served with a red remoulade sauce (Dijon mustard, mayo, a variety of herbs with the addition of Sriracha and Thai sweet hot sauce.)

Six Wagyu, American style Kobe be the aromatics of fresh ginger, garlic, green onions and cilantro topped crispy onions and pickled vegetables,accompanied with a Chinese soy sauce.

Tender Calamari, julienned red peppers, lightly breaded, fried and served on a bed of crispy noodles sitting on shredded romaine and topped with pepperoni in peppers with a side of ‘Asian- Bang’ unique blend of our signature Bang Bang sauce and oriental dipping sauce

Ahi Tuna lightly coated with black and white sesame seeds, then seared and thinly sliced and served with soy sauce, wasabi, Sriracha and pickled ginger. It’s topped with Sashimi Sauce, made from Soy sauce, Wasabi powder, Lime juice and chopped garlic. Sizes: The regular portion is 6 pieces; large is 12 pieces
