Two thick brown Maryland crabcakes filled with lump blue crab meat, diced onion purée, dusted with Panko breadcrumbs and served with the remoulade sauce made with Dijon mustard, herbs and Sriracha and Thai Sweet Hot Sauce.
Wagyu Beef and Ginger Potstickers
Six wagyu American style Kobe beef pan seared dumplings. Prepared with the aromatics of fresh ginger Garlic, Green Onions and Cilantro. Topped with crispy onions and pickled vegetables accompanied with a Chinese Sauce

Tender Calamari, julienned red peppers, lightly breaded, fried and served on a bed of Crispy Noodles sitting on Shredded Romaine and topped with Pepperoncini Peppers with a side of Asian Bang Sauce which is a unique blend of our signature Bang Bang Sauce and Oriental Dipping Sauce. (Bar Bite is half the size)
Thai Coconut Shrimp
Six jumbo shrimp coated with tempura batter and coconut, then fried and topped with sweet and spicy sauce and fresh basil.

Edamame seasoned with green tea sea salt
Mussels Josephine
Prince Edwards Island mussels sautéed with diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, red onions and a lemon white wine sauce. The sauce has a nice sweetness to it.

Saucy Shrimp
Sautéed shrimp with a lime tomato garlic sauce. Kalamata olives sun-dried tomatoes and topped with feta cheese. (Serve automatically with ciabatta bread)

Ahi tuna lightly coated with black and white sesame seeds and seared rare, thinly sliced and served with Soy Sauce, Sriracha and pickled ginger. It’s topped withSashimi Sauce.

Chilled Bay Scallops, Shrimp, Fish, Pineapple, Coconut, Cilantro and Guacamole. It comes with Seasoned Crisps
for dipping.
