Fluoxetine (Prozac)
Usages: Treats depression, anxiety, and OCD.

Citalopram
Usages: Treats depression and anxiety.
Warnings: Can cause drowsiness or changes in mood; consult your doctor if side effects are severe.

Escitalopram (Lexapro)
Usages: Treats depression and generalized anxiety disorder.
Warnings: May cause drowsiness, dry mouth, or mood changes; avoid alcohol.
Timing: Take once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day.
Bupropion (Wellbutrin)
Usages: Treats depression and aids in smoking cessation.
Warnings: May increase risk of seizures; avoid alcohol and sudden discontinuation.
Timing: Take in the morning, with or without food, to avoid sleep disruption.
Zolpidem (Ambien)
Usages: Treats insomnia by helping with sleep initiation.
Warnings: May cause drowsiness and dizziness; avoid alcohol and ensure 7–8 hours of sleep after taking.
Timing: Take immediately before bedtime, on an empty stomach.
Diazepam
Usages: Used to treat anxiety, alcohol withdrawal, and seizures. It’s also used as a muscle relaxant.
Warnings: Can cause drowsiness, dizziness, and dependency if used for long periods. Should be used with caution in people with a history of substance abuse.
Timing: Typically taken as prescribed by the doctor, often at bedtime or as needed for anxiety or muscle spasms.
