Omeprazole
Usages: Reduces stomach acid to treat acid reflux, heartburn, and stomach ulcers.
Warnings: Long-term use can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency; consult a doctor if using for more than 14 days.
Timing: Take 30 minutes before meals, usually once daily in the morning.
Domperidone
Usages: Used to relieve nausea, vomiting, bloating, and discomfort from slow stomach movement.
Warnings: Not recommended for people with certain heart conditions; can cause dry mouth or dizziness.
Timing: Take 15–30 minutes before meals to help prevent nausea from eating.
Furosemide (Lasix)
Usages: Diuretic for treating fluid retention (edema) and high blood pressure.
Warnings: May cause increased urination, electrolyte imbalance; monitor hydration and potassium levels.
Timing: Take in the morning to avoid nighttime urination, with or without food.
