Gabapentin

Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ)
Usages: Treats high blood pressure and fluid retention (edema).
Warnings: May cause increased urination, dizziness, or low potassium; monitor hydration.
Timing: Take in the morning to avoid nighttime urination, with or without food.
Levothyroxine
Usages: Replaces thyroid hormone in conditions like hypothyroidism.
Warnings: Take consistently on an empty stomach; avoid calcium or iron supplements within 4 hours.
Timing: Take in the morning, 30–60 minutes before breakfast.
Allopurinol
Usages: Used to lower uric acid levels in gout and kidney stones.
