Neck stiffness (nuchal rigidity)

What are the red flags for sepsis?
A
SBP less than 90 HR > 130 RR > 25 Purpuric rash VPU on AVPU

What are the criteria for SIRS?
A
Two or more of:
Temp >38.3 or 90
RR > 20
New confusion/drowsiness
BM >7.7 if not diabetic
