At T/O:

If after V1:

If FD bars are not displayed, move towards initial pitch attitude of 17,5°
If necessary the flight crew may pull the sidestick fully back

Airborne, initial climb or landing:

-SRS ORDERS____________FOLLOW

DO NOT CHANGE CONFIG (SLATS/ FLAPS, GEAR) UNTIL CLEAR OF WINDSHEAR.

CLOSELY MONITOR FLIGHT PATH AND SPEED

RECOVER SMOOTHLY TO NORMAL CLIMB OUT OF WINDSHEAR
