Used for HFrEF + Atrial dysrythmias
decrease conduction through AV node, decreases automaticity in SA node.

Digoxin Side Effects
A
MAJOR ADVERSE EFFECT - CARDIOTOXICITY (dysrhythmias) with increased risk w/ hypokalemia (concurrent use of loop or HCTZ diuretics)
VERY narrow window for therapy
GI AND CNS effects too
HALO EFFECT
