Bleeding
- when you cut yourself do you struggle to stop bleeding
- if tooth taken out prev, did bleeding stop okay

Breathing/respiratory
- asthma, inhaler, colour

Cardiovascular
- high blood pressure, angina, health warning cards

Diabetes
- type, controlled

Drugs
- any current medication, what, when, dosage

Epilepsy

Faints/seizures
- dizzy spells

GIT
- stomach problems, ulcers, reflux

Hospitalisation
- why, when
- GA, any rx?
- LA, any rx?

Infections
- hepatitis
- HIV

Jaundice
- liver problems

Joint/bone problems

Likelihood of pregnancy
