Conditions: given map, protractor and TCCC cards as well as radio SOI – (prob going to have to change the freq based on SOI) – must derive the 9 line based on TCCC cards not the scenario
Standards: prep w/in 3 min, transmit 1-5 in 25 sec and 6-9 w/in 1 min – use all in sequence and using brevity codes and pronunciation

b. Operational freq, call sign, siffix, using SOI
c. Number of patients and precedence using TCCC card
d. Determine terrain (if not a CBRN environment)
