Q

What is the definition of bimodal milking ?

A

Bimodal milk flow periods are defined as those when milk flow is interrupted after removal of cisternal milk but before alveolar milk reaches the gland cistern (Bruckmaier and Blum, 1998)

Bimodal milk flow, characterised by a period of reduction or even transient absence of milk flow in the beginning of milking (Fernandes et al. 2023- Animal)

Q

Do you remember interpretation bulk tank milk ?
