What are physiological needs?
Physiological needs are the basic needs that every person needs to survive. This includes water, food, clothing, shelter and warmth.
What are security needs?
Security needs are the need to be protected from danger and feel safe and secure.
What are belongingness needs?
Belongingness needs are the need to feel part of something and be accepted.
What are esteem needs?
Esteem needs are the need to be recognised and praised for achievements.
What are self-actualisation needs?
self-actualisation needs are the need to find self-fulfilment and to achieve one’s full potential.
What are some things the employer provides to meet someone’s physiological needs?
- Pay/Money
- Sometimes food
- Drink
- Sometimes accommodation
- Sometimes clothing if they need a uniform
- Warm working environment
- A roof over there head when they are working (unless its a construction job where your working outside)
