Marketing is a very diverse function because it deals with all aspects of who a product should be aimed and targeted at through market research to how to promote and sell the product that has been produced

Ligistics mans getting one thing from one place to another
What functions do the distribution department carry out?
- Preparing the packaging of good to be moved
- Packing the products into lorries or vans
- Working schedules. Which show where and when goods are going to be delivered
- Have a budget to work to
- Receiving any returned goods and dealing with replacements
What is customer service?
Customer service is dealing with both employees and customers and speaking and dealing with them in the appropriate way. It is both internal and external.
What is internal customer service?
Internal customer service is supporting the employers, managers and different departments in the business.
What is external customer service?
External customer service is supporting families, other businesses and also suppliers that come to the business and that are also interested in the business.
