A
Business ethics are about making moral decisions in manufacturing, selling goods and providing services. People may have different opinion and in some situations all people in the business may not agree.

A
•Animal rights- people may not like products that have been tested on animals.
•Environment- eco friendly cleaning products may need to be used to help save the environment
•Trading issues- trade with a country with poor human rights
- employee rights

A legislation can control and constrain businesses to act ethically.
