The drum major will raise the mace in a high carry position. This lets the Commander of troops know that the band is ready to march in Review.
The Commander of troops says Forward, March. What action will the band take?
The band steps off to Semper Fidelis.
What action does the drum major take when passing the reviewing area?
They execute eyes right and salute for the band.
After clearing the reviewing area, where is the band positioned?
They march to a position 30 paces from the reviewing area, centered on the reviewing officer..
