What is a protest as defined in FAR 33.101?
A protest is defined as a written objection by an interested party to a solicitation or other request by an agency for offers for a contract for the procurement of property or services, or the cancellation of the solicitation or other request.
What is an ‘Interested Party’ in the context of filing a protest?
