- Rumen - plant material taken to rumen, processed mechanically and exposed to bacteria which break down cellulose
- Reticulum - passed mixture back to mouth where it’s reprocessed
- Omasum - further mechanical processing.

Name and describe different types of foot form and function.
A
- Plantigrade - e.g. Bear and man, place foot flat on ground, slow
- Digitigrade - e.g. Cats and dogs, increase stride and speed by walking on toes
- Unguligrade - e.g. Deer and horse, walk on tip toes for speed and distance
- Streamlined - e.g. Seals, modified limbs as streamline paddles.
