The corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum become engorged with blood at arterial pressure, causing them to swell, which elevates the penis

The cavernous nerves close the arteriovenous anastomoses upon stimulation
Which three things are needed for ejaculation?
Closure of the internal urethral sphincter, contraction of the urethral muscle, and contraction of the bulbospongiosus muscles
Which seven structures make up the male internal genital organs?
The testes, epididymides, ductus deferentes, seminal glands, ejaculatory ducts, prostate, and bulbo-urethral glands
Where does the ductus deferens/vas deferens start and end
It begins at the tail of the epididymis and ends by joining the duct of the seminal gland to form the ejaculatory duct
What do the seminal glands secrete?
A thick alkaline fluid that mixes with the sperms
