Inability to conceive after 1 year of coital activity with the same sexual partner without contraception

Injuries to the hypothalamic-pituitary area (affecting GnRH, LH, FSH, etc)
What is the most common type of infertility?
Testicular
What is posttesticular infertility?
Blockage of the excretory ducts through which sperm reach the urethra
What is typically the cause of immature seminiferous tubules?
Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
Germ cell aplasia is shown. What is another name for this condition? What are typical findings?
Seminiferous tubules are lined by Sertoli cells. Contain NO germ cells
