Beer battered whitefish fried golden brown & served with malt vinegar slaw & French Fries, roasted jalapeño

Soft Chinese egg noodles pan sautéed with lobster, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and spinach with butter
and stir fry sauce. Finished with a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Salmon crusted in za’atar spices and pan seared, served over warm cauliflower rice and red quinoa tabbouleh with kale and tomatoes, with a side of spicy tahini sauce and
grilled lemon.
SESAME-CRUSTED AHI
Ahi seared rare & crusted with crispy garlic & sesame seeds served with jasmine rice, charred baby broccoli, baby tomatoes & a creamy ponzu sauce.
SHRIMP & CHICKEN PAD THAI
Shrimp, chicken, and tofu sautéed with garlic, red chili flakes, and green onions, mixed with rice noodles and spicy peanut tamarind sauce, garnished with cilantro and a lime wedge.
SPICY JAMBALAYA
Four blackened jumbo shrimp,
chicken, sweet crawfish, spicy chicken andouille sausage served with a tomato cream sauce, flavored with Worcestershire and green onion.
Served with linguine pasta or jasmine, brown or spicy rice.
