CHICKEN ENCHILADA STACK
Stacked and layered roasted cumin chicken, pinto beans, jack cheese, and pasilla peppers. Topped with red and green sauce, sour cream, fried jalapeños and cilantro.
CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN
Two grilled chicken breasts marinated with cumin, lime,
cilantro and garlic, served over stir-fried cauliflower rice and quinoa,
topped with roasted corn, radish and baby tomato relish and cilantro.
FONTINA VODKA PENNE
Penne alla vodka topped with grilled chicken breast and melted fontina cheese. Finished with parmesan
cheese and fried basil leaves.
MAC+CHEESE 2
We start this dish by thoroughly combining campanelle
pasta, chicken, bacon, and fried wild mushrooms in our cheddar parmesan cream sauce. Then we top the dish with a parmesan cheese & panko bread crumb mix and finish it with a drizzle of white truffle oil. Also
available as a Gardein option.

Fresh chicken breast that is marinated in soy, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Grilled with sweet
pineapple & served with jasmine rice & baby broccoli and a side of sweet soy ginger sauce.

NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN & PANCAKES
Crispy, fried chicken breast dressed with a spice bath of chili powder, cayenne pepper, chipotle powder, brown sugar and a hint of garlic. Served with soft sweet potato pancakes. We suggest that guests eat it with pickles, honey hot sauce and ranch dressing to cool the palate from the heat of the spiced chicken.
ORANGE CHICKEN
Tender pieces of chicken breast with a light and crisp batter tossed with baby corn, baby bok choy, a spicy sweet orange sauce and a hint of garlic served over steamed jasmine rice.
