In the Schober’s test, what was done? And how should the results show?

A

Schober’s test for forward flexion:

  1. Mark in the midline at the level of the posterior iliac spines (L5), which overlies the sacroiliac joints.
  2. Use a measuring tape to measure 10cm above (mark B) and 5cm below (mark C)
  3. Place the end of the tape measure on mark B. Ask the patient to flex forward and reach his toes. The distance from B to C should increase from 15cm to more than 20cm.
