this mural
Charles Rennie Mackintosh peering through a stained glass windor. decorated with his signature rose motif.
- this mural marks the 150th anniversary of his birth
- this 60 foot by 40 foot mural was created by Rogue One in collaboration with Ali Smith from Art Pistol
- the black and white of rennie’s face contrasted with spalshes of colour in the background adds a level of texture to the mural. rennie’s face is framed in the mural and his lips (though no longer visible) turn up into a smile. another example of photorealism.
mask
