Not much can be done to get it back, but there is a work-around by customizing the ribbon

1. For a start, go to “File” menu and select “Options”.

   What you should do is to select “Tools Tabs” in the field of “Choose Commands
   from”. At the same time, in the field of “Customize the Ribbon”, you should select
   the “Main Tab”.

   center.
5. Finally click “OK’ to save the customization
