Charismatic Leadership
Leadership style that can successfully influence employee behavior on the strength of the leader’s personality or perceived charisma, without the formal power or experience to back it up.
Culture
The set of important understandings (often unstated) that members of a community share.
Socialized Management
Companies with strong cultures attach great importance to the process of introducing and training new employees.
Corporate Culture
Value system for people in an organization and conveyed through rites, rituals, myths, legends, and actions.
Tough-Person, Macho Culture
Culture in which individuals take high risks and get quick feedback on whether their decisions are right or wrong.
