spreading lymphadenopathy unilaterally
B symptoms
pain after drinking alcohol

investigations:
lymph node biopsy
Reid-Sternburg cells - bilobed nucleus and prominent eosinophilic inclusion
elevated lactate

Management:
Chemo
Radio

Burkitt - HIV, malaria, African descent
MALT lymphoma - previous H.pylori
Diffuse large B cell lymphoma

management:
watch and wait
chemo
ritixumab
