Enlarged MALT in oral cavity
Usually on posterior sides of tongue (half the time)
Or floor of mouth
Where is the first place oral cancer spreads

T= tumor size (1-4) N= node spread (0-3) M= metastasis- spreading (0-1)

1= T1
2=T2
3= T3 or N1
4= any combo with T4, N2, or M1 or more
