sx: abdominal distension and pain, distention of breasts and lower abdomen - especially during PSM, irregular menses

pulse: wiry especially on L Guan

sx: tinnitus, pale and brittle nails, eye stuff (dryness, floaters, blurred vision, night blindness), weakness in limbs, numbness in muscles, sallow completion, amenorrhea, scanty menstrual flow
tongue: small, pale with white coat
pulse: wiry, weak and thready
