A
- AROM flexion, extension, side bending, rotation
- Passive overpressures if no symptoms with AROM
- Quadrant tests in flexion and extension if no change in symptoms

A
- extension, rotation, side bend
- Flexion, rotation, side bend
- Extension over pressure = axial load
- flexion is normal

A
- hip and knee flexion, ankle dorsiflexion
- Walk on toes – plantar flexors
- Walk on heels – dorsiflexors
