· obturator externus: obturator nerve (L3,4)
· quadrates femoris: : nerve to quadrates femoris (L5,S1)
· gluteus max,: inferior gluteal
HIP ADDUCTORS
· adductor bevis, longus, and mangnus,- obturator nerve (L2,3,4,)
· gracilis,- obturator nerve (L2,3)
· Pectineus- femoral nerve (L2,3)
HIP ABDUCTORS
· gluteus medius and minimus,- inferior gluteal (L5,S1)
· TFL- superior gluteal (L5 S1)
· Sartoius- femoral (L2,3)
HIP EXTENSORS
· gluteus maximus- inferior gluteal L5, S1,2,)
· biceps (long head), semitendinosus, semimembranosus,- siatic nerve (L5, S1,2)
· adductor magnus (posterior head)- siatic nerve (L4)
HIP FLEXORS
· psoas major – L2,3 spinal nerves
· illiacus- femoral L2,3)
· pectineus- femoral (L2,3) · TFL- superios gluteal (L5, S1) · adductor bevis, adductor longus, adductor magnus – obturator nerve (L2,3,4)
· rectus femoris- femoral nerve (L2,3,4)
· Sartorius- femoral (L2,3)
KNEE EXTENSORS
: rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, medialis, intermedius · Innervated by femoral nerve (L2,3,4)
· TFL: superior gluteal (L5, S1)
KNEE FLEXORS
Biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus · Innervated by – siatic nerve
· Sartoius- femoral N (L2,3) · Gracilis- obturator N (L2,3)
· Gastrocnemius- tibial (s1,2) · Plantaris- tibial nerve (S1,2) · Popliteus- tibial nerve (L4,5 S1)
