involvement.
> Loratadine may also be given for prominent itch associated with anaphylaxis,
provided all systemic signs of anaphylaxis have resolved.

Known severe allergy to loratadine.
> Age less than one year

Administration, Route, Dose
A
Give orally:
> 10 mg for an adult or child aged over 12 years.
> 5 mg for a child aged 1-11 years.
