blocking receptors in the smooth muscle of the bronchioles.

0.5 mg ampoule
Nebulised 8 l/m
ONE dose NOT repeated
> Administer 0.5 mg of ipratropium by nebuliser with the initial dose of salbutamol.

MDI
A
mild or moderate.
(MDI) and spacer (commonly one puff, with six
breaths to empty the spacer after each puff, repeated six to twelve times), rather than
administering nebulised bronchodilators.
