What is your Conclusion, for the green belt conflict?
Too many NIMBY’S. House prices have risen 4.5x since 1970 need affordable housing X, like in Stratford where 2,000 luxury flats built. Brownfield should be built on 1st, but on 10% of England is built on, much more space to build.
Esholt Rural Changing Places were is it located and what’s there?
3.5km SW Guiseley on greenbelt, there is a Sewage Plant built on 1910. River Aire. The famous WOOLPACK pub from Emmerdale brings in exogenous tourists and outsiders = topophilia.
