A
  1. Start batch within 14 days of receipt, start before expiration date.
  2. Upload TLD file into exposure database.
  3. Load TLDs into card holders and assign them to personnel (including posted TLDs)
  4. Assign at least 2 control TLDs
  5. Issued TLDs will be properly documented on NAVMED 6470/3.
  6. Ensure adequate supply of unused TLDs for use as controls.
