nausea/vomiting, diarrhoea nephrotoxicity - polyuria due to nephrogenic diabetes insipidus thyroid hyperplasia - may lead to hypothyroidism leukocytosis hyperparathyroidism = hypercalcaemia idiopathic intracranial hypertension fine tremor ECG: T wave flattening/ inversion weight gain
