Icing conditions exist when:
SAT on the ground and for takeoff is 10 degrees or below or SAT is 5 degrees or below and
-visible moisture appears in any form
- when any ice contaminated on taxiways, runways might be ingested into the engine intakes or freeze on engines, nacelles or engine sensor probes
