Physical strength peaks - between ages of 19 & 28.
> young adults have reached their full height and strength and reaction time and manual dexterity - their peak.
> gradually lose some strength and speech.

Development of logical thought, problem solving and memory recall skills.

> self esteem is influenced by lifestyle such as their job or marital status.
> self image is affected by personal appearance and how others see you.
> not being to self centred or defensive and not becoming emotional isolated.
