1 part detergent/3 parts water

What is a cementing caution
do not allow excess solvent to collect on seams
do not apply solvents to decals or stencil markings
discard unused cement 4 hours after mixing
What are procedures for cementing
the cement line must be even, uniform, 1/2in beyond edge of repair
for a cut or tear, butt the damaged area together before patch
brush 3 medium even coats and allow 10 minutes to dry between coats
coats brushed on perpendicularly
allow cement to cure for 48 hours with no internal pressure
perform leak test afterwards
How large of a patch should be cut
rounded patch 1in larger than the damage on all sides
When repairing damage in floor that is larger that 1in, what shall be done
a patch will be applied to both sides and the edges of the patches will be scalloped using pinking shears
