What is movement?
Organisms move to find food, to get away from predators and in the case of plants; move towards light.
What is reproduction?
Preventing the extinction of the species by increasing the number in a population through the fusion of gametes or cloning.
What is sensitivity?
Organisms respond to their surroundings due to their sensory organs.
What is homeostasis?
How organisms control their internal environment around set points e.g. Temperature or water levels
What is nutrition?
Obtaining nutrients for metabolism.
What is excretion?
Removing the waste products from metabolism must be removed from organisms.
What is respiration?
Releasing energy from sources through the production of ATP.
What is growth?
Increasing in number/size of cells of an organism.
